We couldn't care less to put the junk in waste jars, first floor, or top floor persons just toss it in streets. WE HAVE TO CHANGE. Rather than doing our end...we begin rebuking city authorities for not keeping up our urban communities clean.ITS WE WHO NEED TO MAINTAIN IT CLEAN.
Do we do likewise to our home and our own personal stuff ?? no, right?...then why that worry is not there for public properties?
