Root of Ethics is Compassion.
When we see that someone else is as genuine as we seem to be, then their lives consider for much as our own. The most profound type of compassion is affection; that is the point at which you genuinely look after the other individual, in all routes, as you accomplish for yourself; perhaps more. Put basically, I think all morals gets driven from the Golden Rule.
The starting point is the values which develops due to socializing agents such as school, media, parents etc. Values when objectified becomes attitude of an individual. Values when are concerned with right or wrong become morals. And finally when morals become societal we call it as Ethics.
